The tasks aiming the same result are to be arranged into projects. And projects are to be put into other projects. Thus you will get multi-level projects. It sounds cool and looks compact. Compare.

How to be sure that you will not forget anything
Set the dates for the tasks and look for the current day plan in the folder “Today”, and in the folder «Plans» you will find a plan for a week, month and year.
Set up sync calendar, and all tasks with dates from SingularityApp will appear in the calendar.
Set deadlines for tasks so that in the countdown mode you can see how much time is left for them to be completed and when it is definitely the time to stop procrastinating.

Hide all the projects, except the one you are working on. Now, no matter what you do — click on a tag, open a plan for today or for a week — you will see only those tasks that are part of this project.
Right in SingularityApp, go from planning tasks to completing them. Set the Pomodoro timer and alternate being focused on work and being relaxed. The timer counts down so that you can make the most out of everything until the signal sounds.
Monitor the project progress. Set the interval for reviewing them in order to update the task status in time and use the Review mode to see which projects are to be shaken up. Tie up loose ends, tackle the mess and restart the planning cycle. Plan. Do. Check. Act!
