Set the dates for the tasks and look for the current day plan in the folder “Today”, and in the folder «Plans» you will find a plan for a week, month and year.

Set deadlines for tasks so that in the countdown mode you can see how much time is left for them to be completed and when it is definitely the time to stop procrastinating.

Hide all the projects, except the one you are working on. Now, no matter what you do — click on a tag, open a plan for today or for a week — you will see only those tasks that are part of this project.
Right in SingularityApp, go from planning tasks to completing them. Set the Pomodoro timer and alternate being focused on work and being relaxed. The timer counts down so that you can make the most out of everything until the signal sounds.
