MacOS Widgets

There is no need in opening SingularityApp to see your tasks for today or create a task because there are widgets — everything is faster with them

Widget setup

  1. Click on the   Notification Center in the menu bar.

The menu bar is at the top of the screen. It contains the   Apple menu, the application menu, the status menu, Spotlight, Siri and the Notification Center.

You can also open the Notification Center by sliding two fingers from right to left on the trackpad.

  2. Click on Today.
  3. Click on Edit widgets.
  4. Select the SingularityApp TODAY and click   Add.

What you can do in a widget

  • Click on a task.

It will redirect you to the project where this task is and where you can edit it.

  • Complete the task by left-klicking on its checkbox.

The task will be removed from the widget and will be marked as completed in the App.

  • Add new task.

You can also make the basic task settings and go to the App (if necessary).

MacOS Big Sur

In the new macOS Big Sur, the operation of the operating system with widgets has been completely changed. Unfortunately, backward compatibility is not supported, which means the apps that worked with the previous versions of macOS will not be going to work with Big Sur. The widget is now available for macOS Catalina, and for the new Big Sur it is coming soon ;)
