There is good news for those who actively use widgets on their Android smartphones:
1. The "Today" widget has been updated
We changed fonts and colors to make the widget even more convenient. And now you can view and check tasks off more easily and quickly. By the way, it remains customizable: you can display there tasks from different lists: Today, Inbox, Unplaced or the tasks from specific projects.
2. The "Plans" widget appears
You asked for it — we did it. The new widget displays tasks by day, and you can easily switch between them by clicking on a specific date. The dot near the date means that there are uncompleted tasks on that day. You can also switch between weeks by using the arrows next to the month. And of course, you can check the tasks off within the widget.
There’s more! We’ve added the option to display events from external calendars in both widgets. If your account is connected to a Google Calendar in view mode or a web calendar via a link — the events from there will be shown in the widgets above the to-do list, just like in the app.
Try out the updated widgets and plan your to-dos even faster and more conveniently. And catch up on the new releases!
