- New accent color — «gray», select it in Settings → Interface. A great option for those who want monochrome;)
- Cool Calendar updates: we’ve worked on every visual detail to make scheduling easier. And now you can duplicate tasks by holding down the Alt key and collapsing/expanding the «all day» block.
- Updated the application, project, and system folder menus — compact structure, clear icons. Switching the list view to Today and projects is now always at your fingertips in the menu.
- Added a task creation button to the top toolbar — works on all application tabs.
- Application panels can be resized — just drag the border to the left or right.
- We put our hearts and souls into this update and demanded perfection down to every pixel! Happy holidays!

date-based sections (Today, Plans, Calendar, Someday) — only to the performer. - Get notifications when tasks are assigned and completed.

- Added Gantt chart mode for visualizing tasks in projects. Available with the Elite plan.
- You can enable the mode using the icon to the right of the project name.

P.S. The Singularity is closer than you think!
We brought the singularity a couple more quanta closer. Stability and performance have been improved.

- We’ve added a
rich-text editor to project notes — just like in tasks. Format your notes the way you like. - You can now open the editor menu in a note with Ctrl + / — quick access to all the blocks in one keystroke.
- The project sidebar can now be collapsed — handy when you want to focus on your task list. Just drag the edge toward the window border or
double-click it. When collapsed, only root projects are shown; nested ones remain accessible from the project’s detail page.

- Insert a file directly into the note text: just drag it to the desired line.
- In the desktop version you can add not the file itself, but also the path to it — select this option after inserting.
- Files can also be inserted via the menu in the note («+» or «/»).
- Also: search in the editor menu now works by hotkeys — enter a number from the keyboard shortcut and the desired item will appear.

- You can now enable kanban board mode on the Today tab.
- Sections in this mode depend on the selected task grouping.
- Columns in the Today tab do not overlap with columns in projects.
- Available for Pro and Elite plans!

- Change the width of kanban columns: just pull the column border in the desired direction.
- Collapse columns: pull the column border harder or select the «Collapse Column» menu item. You can move tasks to columns even when they are minimized!
- We’ve added highlighting of the place where the task card is inserted during the transfer, so you can see where the task will be added at once.
And we also fixed the display of habits after the new day ;-)

- We’ve added a display of task and event end times in Calendar: stretch a task by time — if the duration is 45 minutes or more, the end time will appear on the task bar.
- In project focus mode you can create subprojects and add tasks to these subprojects.
- Fixed parent project color output.
Fixed minor bugs in calendar, inserting tasks and moving nested items. Also highlighted the current day in the calendar.

- the menu for inserting main items in task descriptions can now be called with a slash «/»;
- item search is now available in the menu;
-
there are input templates for the main items in the search:
- #, ##, ### — headings h1, h2, h3;
- * or «-» — unnumbered list;
- ––– (three hyphens in a row) — separator.
Also fixed the problem of cutting extra lines in the task description.

We have brought the Singularity a few quanta closer. Stability and performance have been improved. Fixed issues with removing a paused template.
- Copy text with images from the internet and paste it into task descriptions or notes → the copied images will be added along with the text.
- Insert UTM-tagged links into task and note descriptions — we’ve expanded support for such links and some additional domains.
- We also fixed the display of the link insertion toolbar in tables and made many small improvements. Because improvements are always welcome, right? ;-)

- Added importing notes from Notion and Evernote in the desktop app. Transfer notes easily ;)
- A handy menu to add the desired item to task descriptions via the plus icon next to the text — try it!
- And also, we fixed moving the archive task in the calendar, list indents in task descriptions and made other improvements and fixes.

To make Pomodoro and task time statistics synchronized across devices, we have added support for a new statistics format in this version. Be sure to install the updates on all devices! There’s a nice update on Pomodoro stats waiting for you in the mobile app ;-)
