Pomodoro Statistics

How to Open Statistics

You can open the statistics screen in two ways:

  1. Go to Settings → Pomodoro → Pomodoro Statistics.
  2. Or open it directly from the timer window by tapping the chart icon in the top right corner.

Overall Statistics: Today / All Time

At the top of the screen, you’ll see two interactive cards:

  • The red card shows how many Pomodoros you’ve completed today.
  • The blue card shows your total focus time for today (combined from Pomodoro and Stopwatch).

Tap either card to flip it and view statistics for all time. The illustration on each card (tomatoes and waves) changes depending on your daily productivity.

“Pomodoro Statistics” Chart

This section shows how many Pomodoros you’ve completed during the selected period.

The “Week / Month” toggle lets you adjust the chart’s scale.

In the menu (three dots), you can enable an additional line graph that shows how many hours were spent using Pomodoro timers.

Tap any bar on the chart to see the exact value.

“Time Spent on Tasks” Chart

This is the most detailed chart showing the total time spent working on tasks and other activities recorded with timers.

What Time Is Counted in the Chart:

This chart displays the time tracked in two ways:

  • Stopwatch — the time measured by the stopwatch, both for specific tasks and without linking to them.
  • Pomodoro Timer — the work time recorded during Pomodoro intervals (work sessions), also both for tasks and without linking to them.

Thus, the chart shows the total actual time you spent working, regardless of whether the timer was started for specific tasks or just in general mode.

Selecting a Period:

You can view statistics for different time periods:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Week
  • Month
  • Quarter (3 months)
  • Year

There’s also a «Custom Period» mode that allows you to choose any date range up to one year in the calendar.

Filtering by Projects and Tags:

To display only the time related to specific projects and tags in the chart, use filters.

It’s important to understand that filters apply not directly to tasks but to timer data started within the selected projects and tags. This means the chart will include only the time tracked for tasks belonging to the chosen projects and tags.

You can select multiple projects and tags at once to fine-tune the display. After applying filters, small colored chips with the names of the selected projects and tags will appear above the chart. You can quickly remove them to expand the view.

Hourly Breakdown

For all periods, there’s a «Days / Hours» toggle that lets you view how your tracked time is distributed either by days or by hours throughout the day.

In the Week and Month modes, the exact number of hours spent each day is shown under every bar of the chart.

In the Quarter and Year modes, the hours are not displayed on the chart by default. To see the exact amount of time, press and hold the desired bar— a tooltip will appear with detailed statistics for that period.

Below the chart, you’ll find a collapsible «Breakdown» list. It shows how much time was spent on each project and tag within the selected period and filters.

Go to Project: Each row with a project name is clickable. Tap it to open the project and view its tasks.

Time tracked by the general timer that isn’t linked to any specific task is displayed separately.

The Breakdown section also shows time statistics for tasks that have been permanently deleted from the app (removed from the Trash folder). If you tap the «Deleted Records» row, a message will appear indicating that these tasks are gone forever and can’t be viewed.
