Pomodoro Statistics

Pomodoro Statistics helps you track the number of completed sessions and time spent working, as well as analyze your productivity.

The desktop version offers basic statistics. The timer window displays dots that show the progress of the current session. The number of dots depends on your Pomodoro settings.

The general timer statistics reset every time you close the app. To reset them manually, click “Reset this timer” in the timer window. Statistics for each task can be viewed right next to the task — the time spent on it is shown there.

The mobile app offers extended statistics with charts of time spent and completed Pomodoros. You can filter the data by projects and tags, switch between periods, and view detailed information for each task and project.

How to Open Statistics

You can open the statistics screen in two ways:

  1. Go to Settings → Pomodoro → Pomodoro Statistics.
  2. Or open it directly from the timer window by tapping the chart icon in the top right corner.

Overall Statistics: Today / All Time

At the top of the screen, you’ll see two interactive cards:

  • The red card shows how many Pomodoros you’ve completed today;
  • The blue card shows your total focus time for today (combined from Pomodoro and Stopwatch).

Tap either card to flip it and view statistics for all time.

“Pomodoro Statistics” Chart

This section shows how many Pomodoros you’ve completed during the selected period. The “Week / Month” toggle lets you adjust the chart’s scale.

In the menu (three dots), you can enable an additional line graph that shows how many hours were spent using Pomodoro timers.

Tap any bar on the chart to see the exact value.

“Time Spent on Tasks” Chart

This is a detailed chart showing the total time spent working on tasks and other activities recorded with timers.

What Time Is Counted in the Chart

This chart displays the time tracked in two ways:

  • Stopwatch — the time measured by the stopwatch, both for specific tasks and without linking to them.
  • Pomodoro Timer — the work time recorded during Pomodoro intervals, also both for tasks and without linking to them.

The chart shows the total actual time you spent working, regardless of whether the timer was started for specific tasks or just in general mode.

Selecting a Period

You can view statistics for different time periods:

  • today;
  • yesterday;
  • week;
  • month;
  • quarter;
  • year.

There’s also a “Custom Period” mode that lets you choose any date range up to one year in the calendar.

Filtering by Projects and Tags

To display only the time related to specific projects and tags in the chart, use filters.

It’s important to understand that filters apply not directly to tasks but to timer data started within the selected projects and tags. This means the chart will include only the time tracked for tasks belonging to the chosen projects and tags.

You can select multiple projects and tags at once to fine-tune the display. After applying filters, small colored chips with the names of the selected projects and tags will appear above the chart. You can quickly remove them to expand the view.

Hourly Breakdown

Days / Hours Toggle

For all periods, there’s a “Days / Hours” toggle that lets you view how your tracked time is distributed either by days or by hours throughout the day.

How Time Is Displayed in Different Periods

In the Week and Month modes, the exact number of hours spent each day is shown under every bar of the chart.

In the Quarter and Year modes, the hours are not displayed on the chart by default. To see the exact amount of time, press and hold the desired bar — a tooltip will appear with detailed statistics for that period.

Hourly Breakdown

Below the chart, you’ll find a collapsible Breakdown list. It shows how much time was spent on each project and tag within the selected period and filters.

Each row with a project name is clickable. Tap it to open the project and view its tasks.

Time tracked by the general timer that isn’t linked to any specific task is displayed separately.

The Breakdown section also shows time statistics for tasks that have been permanently deleted from the app. If you tap the Deleted Records row, a message will appear indicating that these tasks are gone forever and can’t be viewed.

Timer Statistics Specifics

Statistics in the timer window have a few specifics:

  1. Automatic reset: general timer statistics reset by default every time the app is closed.
  2. Manual reset: if you want to reset the timer manually without closing the app, tap “Reset this timer” in the timer window.

Important! Statistics for timers started within specific tasks are not reset and are stored forever.
