Every project is more than just a task list. In SingularityApp, you can attach a detailed note to any project to capture its goal, key details, reference links, or longer thoughts. The built-in visual editor turns that note into a fully formatted document.
Project Notes
To add a note to a project, open the project for editing and fill in the Project description field below the project title. The visual editor toolbar appears once the note has at least one character and that character is selected.
To view or edit the note, open the project — the project description field is shown right inside it. Just tap the note text to make changes.
What you can do in the visual editor:
- Apply bold, italic, or underline formatting
- Apply monospace formatting
- Add three levels of headings (H1, H2, H3)
- Create lists: numbered, bulleted, or check lists
- Insert dividers
- Increase or decrease indentation
- Add links
- Clear formatting
- Insert images [ELITE]
- Insert tables [ELITE]
- Choose text and background colors [ELITE]
Beyond text formatting, you can insert standalone blocks into a note: tables for budgets and plans, quotes for agreements and goals, dividers for visual structure, and images or files for mockups, screenshots, and documents kept right inside the project. To insert a block quickly, type / at the start of a new line or click the + icon to open the block menu. See Text Editor for more details.
