Task FilterProElite

Filters are a powerful tool for organizing and searching tasks. They let you display task lists by specific projects, tags, dates, statuses, or priorities, as well as create and save complex combinations for frequently used queries.

How to Open and Use Filters

  1. Click the filter icon in the upper-right toolbar. The filter panel will open on the right side.
  2. By default, tasks are not displayed in the main window area, but you can click the button to show all active (non-archived and non-deleted) tasks.
  3. Select one or more parameters on the filter panel.
  4. Active filters are displayed at the top of the panel. To reset a parameter, simply click the „x“ next to its name.
  1. Open the app’s main menu.
  2. Select „Task and Note Filter.“
  3. A screen will open showing all active tasks by default. At the top, you’ll see a panel with available filtering options.
  4. Select the desired parameters. Active filters are displayed at the bottom of the panel.

Types of Filters

  • Project — shows tasks from one or more selected projects, as well as tasks with no project. The project list is split into two groups: My Projects and Shared Projects, so you can filter tasks from projects you’re a member of.
  • Tags — shows tasks assigned one or more selected tags.
  • Dates — four separate filters: Start Date, Creation Date, Due Date, and Deadline. Each has three selection modes:
    • Fixed: an exact calendar period — set a start date and an end date.
    • Preset: a ready-made option from a list — Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Month, No Date, Someday, and others.
    • Custom: a period relative to today — specify how many days back and forward to show tasks. For Creation Date and Due Date, only past and current dates are available.
  • Tasks / Notes — limits the list to tasks only or notes only.
  • Status — find tasks in any state, including:
    • Incomplete / Complete
    • Recurring task templates
    • Archived / Deleted
  • Priority — shows tasks with the selected priority level.
  • Assignee — shows tasks for the selected person. Options include Any Assignee, No Assignee, yourself, and members of your shared projects (search by name or email).

Advanced Filters and “Favorites”

You can combine multiple parameters at once (for example, Project: Work + Tag: #urgent + Date: Today) to get the most accurate task list.

For frequently used combinations, there’s a save feature:

  1. Set up the desired advanced filter.
  2. Under the list of active filters, click „Add to Favorites“.
  3. Enter a name for this set of filters.
  4. Your saved filter will appear in the system „Favorites“ folder in the left menu for quick access.

You can also combine multiple parameters at once to create a precise query.

To save a frequently used filter combination:

  1. Set up the desired advanced filter by selecting several filter types.
  2. In the upper-right corner, tap the filter icon, adjust the parameters of the advanced filter, and add it to „Favorites“.
  3. Enter a name for your filter and save it.
  4. The saved filter will appear in the system „Favorites“ folder for quick access in the future.
