To change subscription from monthly to annual (or vice versa), do the following:
- Cancel your current subscription: if you subscribed through stores, you can do it in your Apple or Google account; if you subscribed through the website, write to helpdesk.singularity-app.com.
- Wait till the end of the paid period.
- Subscribe again with a new subscription type.
Refund for any type of subscription is available within 30 days after payment (only for purchases on the website and Google Play).
