Notifications — your reliable helper that will remind you on time about a task start or an upcoming deadline. For notifications to work, the task must have a start time and/or a deadline set.
How to Set Up a Notification
Notification settings for a task depend on your plan.
On the basic plan, you can set one reminder per task — pick one of 6 standard intervals:
- At start time — the reminder fires when the task starts;
- 5 minutes before the start;
- 15 minutes before the start;
- 30 minutes before the start;
- 1 hour before the start;
- 1 day before the start.
Tasks with a deadline can also have a separate deadline reminder — it arrives 1 day before the deadline date.
Custom intervals and more than one reminder at a time aren’t available on the basic plan.
On the PRO plan, you can set up to 5 reminders per task, combining both standard and custom intervals:
- Open the task for editing.
- Set the «Date» and «Time» for the task.
- Tap the bell icon.
- In the opened window, choose one or more standard intervals (for example, «5 min before», «1 hour before») or set your own custom interval.
- To disable a reminder, simply tap the cross icon next to it in the settings window.
