Singularity CloudProElite

Singularity Cloud is a service that securely stores your data, synchronizes it across all your devices, and manages your subscription. To use the cloud, you need to create an account.

Create an account

Creating an account is the first step toward syncing your tasks and projects. When you launch the app for the first time, it should automatically prompt you to create an account.

If you need to create a new account, follow the steps below.

How to create an account

  1. Open App Settings.
  2. Go to the «Account and Sync» section and click the sign-in button — the sign-in window will open.
  3. Choose how you want to sign in: with your email address or one of the external services.

Some sign-in options may be hidden under «Other Sign-In Options» — expand it if you don’t see the option you need.

  1. Open App Settings.
  2. Go to the «Sync» section.
  3. You will see several options for creating an account:
    • With Email
    • With Google
    • With Apple ID
    • With VK or Yandex in the Russian locale only

Signing in with external services (Google, Apple, etc.): This is the easiest option. Click the button for the service you want to use, and you’ll be redirected to your browser to confirm the sign-in.

Signing up with Email: Enter your email address and create a password. We’ll send a verification code to that email address. Enter the code in the app to complete registration.

Trial Period

After you create an account, a free 14-day trial starts automatically. It includes access to most paid features, with a limit on the number of projects. When the trial ends, you can subscribe to a paid plan or continue using the free version with basic features.

Signing In on a New Device

When you sign in to your account on a device, the app checks whether there is any local data on that device, such as tasks or projects, or whether you’re signing in to an «empty» app.

If there is no local SingularityApp data on the device, your account data will automatically be downloaded from Singularity Cloud after you sign in.

If there is already data in the app on the device, you will be asked how you want to handle it. This is an important step, so choose carefully.

The window is called «Sync Setup». You can choose from the following options:

  • Merge Data — data on the device will be safely merged with the data in the cloud, and the latest changes will be applied. This option is selected by default and is recommended. If the same task was edited on different devices before syncing, the most recent change will be kept.
  • Download Data from the Cloud — data on the device will be deleted and replaced with data from the cloud.
  • Restore Data from This Device — data in the cloud and on other devices will be deleted and replaced with the data from this device.

Managing Your Account and Subscription

The «Account and Sync» section in Settings is your account management hub. Here you can:

  • start a manual sync and see the date of the last sync;
  • view your email address, current plan, and its expiration date;
  • manage your subscription or choose a different plan;
  • open your account dashboard on the website;
  • change your password, sign out, clear data on this device, or delete your account — all from the «Account Actions» block.

The «Sync» screen in Settings also serves as your account management hub.

On this tab, you can:

  • Start a manual sync.
  • View your login and the date of the last sync.
  • View information about your subscription and its expiration date.
  • Go to the screen for changing your plan.
  • Change your password.
  • Sign out of your account.
