A note is a separate type of record in projects. Notes and tasks are displayed in a common list. It is easy to distinguish them visually — tasks have checkboxes and can be marked as completed, while notes have an icon of a sheet with notes on it
This distinction is made on purpose — notes are primarily used for storing data and keeping records, so they cannot be marked completed. If a note becomes irrelevant, you can delete it.
If you want to mark a note as completed, you can convert it into a task.
