SingularityApp provides widgets for iOS. Three are available on all plans, and three require a Pro or Elite subscription.
Task List
View your to-do list and mark tasks as completed right from your home screen — just like a checklist widget for iPhone. Each task displays its name, date and time, project, and icons for deadlines, reminders, and other features — if they have been set for the task.
You can customize the widget:
- Task list: Today, Inbox, No Project, or a project;
- Font size;
- Widget theme: light or dark;
- Show task details — if disabled, only task names will be displayed;
- Calendar events: hide all, hide past, or show all.
Today’s Tasks
The widget displays a list of tasks from the Today folder.
In iOS 17 and later, an advanced Today widget is available, which includes:
- The name of the section the tasks are displayed from;
- A refresh button ↻ for the task list;
- A button + to create a new task;
- “Show All” — opens the selected section’s task list in the app;
- The task list itself.
Each task in the widget shows:
- Task name;
- Date;
- Start and end time (if set);
- Project name;
- Icons for deadlines, notes, and reminders (if configured).
In iOS 17 and later, you can mark tasks as completed directly in the widget — they will disappear from the list afterward. This is what makes it work as a true iPhone checklist widget: tap a task to check it off, and it’s gone from the list instantly.
Please note:
- Calendar events cannot be opened in the browser from the widget;
- The widget displays only parent tasks — subtasks are not shown.
In iOS 16 and earlier, the Today widget displays today’s tasks and allows you to quickly open the app. Tapping the + icon lets you instantly create a new task for today. In earlier iOS versions, marking tasks as completed within the widget is not supported.
Add Task
Allows you to quickly jump to adding a task in the app. After tapping the widget, the task creation screen will open in the app. Fill in the task details and save it.
One Habit (Pro & Elite)
The widget displays one of your habits and lets you mark it as completed right from your home screen. It shows your habit progress for the last 3 days — the day before yesterday, yesterday, and today — as well as your current completion streak.
You can tap any of the three days directly in the widget to mark or unmark that day’s completion — without opening the app. Requires iOS 17 or later. To choose which habit to display: tap and hold the widget, then tap Edit Widget and select the habit.
Plans (Pro & Elite)
View and complete tasks by date. Switch between dates directly in the widget without opening the app.
You can customize the widget:
- Font size;
- Widget theme: light or dark;
- Show task details — if disabled, only task names will be displayed;
- Calendar events: hide all, hide past, or show all.
Calendar (Pro & Elite)
View and complete tasks by date in a calendar format, right from your home screen.
You can customize the widget:
- Font size;
- Widget theme: light or dark;
- Show task details — if disabled, only task names will be displayed;
- Calendar events: hide all, hide past, or show all;
- Open in app: Calendar or Plans.
