The perfect way to share a to-do list with anyone — even if they don’t have a SingularityApp account. A public link to the project opens in a browser, where people can view the project’s tasks and even mark them as completed.

How to Create a Public Link to a Project

Open the desired project.
Click the collaboration icon to the right of the project name, or select “Invite to project” from the project’s context menu.
In the window that opens, enable the “Public link to project” toggle.
The app will generate a link that you can copy by clicking the dedicated icon.

What You Can Do with a Project via Link

A person with the link can open the project in any browser and perform the following actions:

View tasks, their descriptions, and checklists.
Mark tasks as completed.
Check off items in checklists.

At the same time, it’s not possible to delete or edit tasks in such a project.

How to Disable Access via Link

To disable access, simply turn off the "Public link to project" toggle in the same project invitation window on any of your devices. The link will stop working immediately.

If you turn the toggle back on, a new link will be generated. Access via the old link will remain closed.
