How can I switch from Pro to Elite?

To switch from Pro to Elite, cancel your current Pro subscription first (on the website or in your marketplace account), and then purchase an Elite plan on the website. Please note that any unused days from your Pro plan won’t transfer to the new plan, so we recommend upgrading closer to the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I already have a Pro subscription and buy Elite?

  • Your Pro plan will not stop automatically — you need to cancel it first.

Yes. You can activate an Elite gift code at any time, but your existing Pro subscription will not stop automatically. The Elite plan will begin as soon as the code is activated.

How can I change my plan or payment card?

To change the payment card, you need to stop your current subscription and then purchase a new subscription using the other card.

  • Self-service plan changes are available to users who purchased a subscription on the SingularityApp website. If the subscription was purchased through an app marketplace, manage it in your marketplace account.
  • You can switch from a 1-month plan to a 1-year plan on your own, and you can upgrade from PRO to ELITE. For any other plan changes, please contact Support.

How can I switch from Elite to Pro?

How can I activate Elite if I have Pro Forever?

You can activate an Elite subscription on the website at a special price for users who previously purchased Pro Forever. Elite features will remain available for as long as the subscription is active. If the Elite subscription is canceled or expires, your Pro Forever plan will remain active and continue to provide all Pro-level features and updates.
