How can I try the Elite plan if I already have another plan?

Right now, you can use a gift promo code to try Elite features.

Gift cards can be purchased in the Pro and Elite as a gift section on our website. They provide full access to SingularityApp features according to the selected plan and duration.

After purchase, an activation code will be sent to the recipient’s email address specified during checkout. The code isn’t applied automatically — this lets the recipient decide when to activate it or share the code with someone else.

Important: If you already have an active subscription purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or on our website, please cancel it before activating your gift card. We recommend activating the gift card after your current subscription expires so you can use any remaining paid time first.

Once the gift card is activated, the new plan takes effect immediately and remains active for the duration of the gift card. When the gift period ends, your account will revert to the Basic plan, and you can renew or upgrade at any time.

Paying for a subscription during a trial period

The Pro or Elite plan starts on the day you purchase the subscription. If you subscribe while your trial period is still active, your paid plan will start immediately, and the trial period will end.

How to Pay for a Subscription

You can pay for any plan on our website through the Stripe payment system. Monthly and yearly subscription options are available, as well as gift cards for one-time access activation.

In addition, you can pay for the Pro plan in the App Store using any payment method linked to your Apple account.

How to Pay for the Elite Subscription in the App Store and Google Play

At the moment, it’s not possible to purchase the Elite plan directly through the App Store or Google Play. You can pay for the Elite plan on our website either by subscribing or by making a one-time payment using a gift certificate. Payments are processed securely via the Stripe payment system.

How can I change my plan or payment card?

To change the payment card, you need to stop your current subscription and then purchase a new subscription using the other card.

  • Self-service plan changes are available to users who purchased a subscription on the SingularityApp website. If the subscription was purchased through an app marketplace, manage it in your marketplace account.
  • You can switch from a 1-month plan to a 1-year plan on your own, and you can upgrade from PRO to ELITE. For any other plan changes, please contact Support.

How can I cancel my subscription?

The cancellation method depends on how your subscription was purchased. You can find more details about canceling your subscription here.

Why is the payment charged automatically when I subscribe?

A Pro or Elite plan subscription, like any other subscription, includes auto-renewal — automatic payments charged from the linked card once a month or once a year (depending on your subscription type). We notify you about this during plan activation in the app and on the website, clearly stating that payments are made monthly or annually and providing a link to detailed terms regarding subscriptions and refunds.

You can always cancel auto-renewal on the subscription cancellation page.

In addition to subscriptions, you can activate Pro or Elite access using gift cards. A gift card can be purchased for someone else or for yourself. After payment, the activation code will be sent to the recipient’s email, which can be activated on the website or in the Android, Windows, or Web versions of the app. Pro and Elite access activated via gift cards works without auto-renewal.

How can I buy the app forever?

SingularityApp works on a subscription model — there is no lifetime plan available. You can learn more about the available plans on our Pricing page.

Why did auto-renewal occur 2 days earlier?

The subscription renews 2 days before the end of the paid period to ensure that Elite and Pro features continue working without interruption. If an error occurs on the bank’s side during the renewal attempt, we’ll immediately send you an automatic notification so that you have time to resolve the issue while your previous paid period is still active. For example, if there aren’t enough funds on your card, you’ll receive a notification 2 days before the subscription ends and will have time to top up your account. We attempt to charge the payment no more than once per day.

If the renewal is successful 2 days before the expiration date, those 2 days are added to the next subscription period.
