FAQ: Subscriptions and Promo Codes

You can gift an Elite or Pro plan to anyone — including yourself — with a gift card.

Gift cards can be purchased in the Pro and Elite as a gift section on our website. They provide full access to SingularityApp features according to the selected plan and duration.

After purchase, an activation code will be sent to the recipient’s email address specified during checkout. The code isn’t applied automatically — this lets the recipient decide when to activate it or share the code with someone else.

Important: If you already have an active subscription purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or on our website, please cancel it before activating your gift card. We recommend activating the gift card after your current subscription expires so you can use any remaining paid time first.

Once the gift card is activated, the new plan takes effect immediately and remains active for the duration of the gift card. When the gift period ends, your account will revert to the Basic plan, and you can renew or upgrade at any time.

At the moment, it’s not possible to purchase the Elite plan directly through the App Store or Google Play. You can pay for the Elite plan on our website either by subscribing or by making a one-time payment using a gift certificate. Payments are processed securely via the Stripe payment system.

You can activate an Elite gift code at any time, but your existing Pro subscription will not stop automatically. We recommend canceling your current Pro subscription first (on the website or through the App Store / Google Play, depending on where you purchased it), and then activating your gift code. The Elite plan will begin as soon as the code is activated.

A gift promo code is an activation code for a gift card sent to your email. You can purchase a gift card on the website and send it to anyone — even yourself ;)

To activate a promo code from a gift card:

On the website

You can activate the promo code on the website at any time — whether you currently have a subscription or not. Go to the promo code activation page. Log in to the account where you want to apply the gift promo code, or register a new account. On the next step, enter your promo code in the „Your promo code“ field. The code will be applied to the account you’re logged into.

In the Android, Windows, Linux, or Web version of the app

You can activate a promo code in the app for accounts without an active paid subscription. To activate it, go to „Settings,“ select „Synchronization“, click „I have a promo code“, and enter the code in the window that appears.

Important:

• Promo codes cannot be activated in Apple apps because Apple restricts this method of accessing paid features. Simply activate the code on any other device or via the website, and your Pro or Elite access will be available for the account across all app versions, including on Apple devices.
