Shared project access helps organize teamwork so that all participants can work with tasks in a shared space. It’s convenient for both work projects and family planning.
Collaboration is available on the Pro and Elite plans. To collaborate in a shared project, all participants (both the owner and the invited members) must have an active Pro or Elite plan.
You can invite up to 5 people to one project on the Pro plan, and up to 10 people on the Elite plan.
The user will receive a notification, and once they accept the invitation, they’ll be able to work with the project’s tasks. Your email in the participant list will be marked as “Owner.”

When you’re invited to a project, you’ll receive a notification by email, a push notification in the mobile app, and the project will appear in your project list under the separate “Shared Projects” section.
Until the invitation is accepted, a blinking yellow indicator will appear on the project icon in the list.
