Print Daily PlanProElite

In the desktop version of SingularityApp, you can print your plan for the day on paper. It helps you stay focused on your tasks and track your progress throughout the day, even when you’re away from your computer.

What’s Included in the Printout

Your plan will be printed on an A4 sheet and divided into several convenient sections.

  • Date: The current date and day of the week are shown at the top of the page.
  • Goal for Today: A special field where you can handwrite your main goal of the day to stay focused on what matters most.
  • Pomodoro Timer: A section with circles for tracking Pomodoros. Fill in the large circles after each work interval and the small ones after short breaks.
  • Task Blocks: Tasks from your „Today“ list are automatically grouped in the following order:
    • Pinned tasks
    • High-priority tasks
    • Regular tasks (no priority)
    • Low-priority tasks
  • Notes: A blank section at the bottom of the page for jotting down sudden ideas and thoughts throughout the day.

How to Mark Tasks on the Printout

Use a simple set of symbols to track your progress right on paper:

  • ✓ (check mark) — the task is fully completed.
  • • (dot) — today’s work on the task is done (for recurring tasks).
  • × (cross) — the task was canceled.
  • → (arrow) — the task needs to be moved to tomorrow.

How to Sync the Results with the App

At the end of the day, you can quickly transfer all your marks from paper back into SingularityApp using the mobile scanner.

  1. Open SingularityApp on your phone.
  2. Go to the main menu (the icon in the top left or right corner).
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select «Daily Plan Scanner.»
  4. Take a photo of your sheet. The app will recognize the marks and automatically update the task statuses across all your devices.
The documentation is automatically generated. If you haven’t found the answer to your question, please contact us at support..
