Reviewing interval for all projects #

Open Application Settings.
Press the hotkeys ⌘ Cmd + , or in the System Menu select: SingularityApp > Settings.
- In Settings, select a suitable reviewing interval for all projects: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, Never.
Reviewing interval for each project #
You may want to review some projects more often or less often than all the others. In SingularityApp, you can set its own reviewing interval for each project.
- Right-click on the project in the Sidebar.
- In the drop-down menu, select Review.
- Choose: 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 1 month or Never.
How to use Review mode #

Click on Review.
The button Review is in the Upper toolbar. Upper toolbar is a panel with five buttons on the top of the Main application panel. Each button of the Upper toolbar gives you a quick access to any of the tools: Search, Check, Focus, Notifications, Pomodoro, Themes, New window.

Choose one of the projects with red marks.
In the blue bar above, there are arrows that switch projects which reviewing time has come.

Review the project.
Remove irrelevant tasks. Add missing tasks. Review priorities and deadlines. Add tasks without due dates to the plan.

Click on Checked in the header at the top of the application.
The reviewed project will have a green mark.

After reviewing all the projects you need, click on Exit Review Mode.
You can stop reviewng at any time. The next time you run reviewing, unreviewed projects will be in the review queue.
