Subscription: Activation and Renewal

To use paid plans, you’ll need a SingularityApp account. If you don’t have one yet, you can create it in just a few clicks while purchasing your subscription.

You can subscribe in several ways:

Method 1: On the official website singularity-app.com. Available options include subscriptions and gift cards.

Method 2: In the Windows, Linux, or web app

In the app, go to „Settings“ → „Sync“.

1. Click the „Upgrade to Pro“ button.
2. You’ll be redirected to our website.

Method 3: In the macOS app, using the payment method linked to your Apple account.

In the app, go to „Settings“ → „Sync“.

1. Click the „Activate Plan“ button.
2. In the window that opens, choose your preferred plan and billing period.

Method 4: In the mobile app (iOS / Android)

On mobile devices, the purchase process starts in the app and finishes on a secure payment page.

In the app, go to „Settings“ → „Sync“.

1. Tap the „Activate Plan“ button.
2. Select the desired plan and tap „Subscribe“. Choose your subscription period.
3. You’ll be redirected to a payment page where you can complete your purchase.

Paid subscriptions work on an automatic renewal basis. The first payment is charged when you subscribe, and subsequent payments are charged 2 days before the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan).

Your next payment will be charged 2 days before the end of the current period. These 2 days are added to your subscription duration to prevent any interruptions in access if a payment issue occurs.

If a problem occurs during automatic renewal and the payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification and have a couple of days to update or fund your payment method.

If the paid period ends and the next payment cannot be processed, the subscription will stop completely, and no further payment attempts will be made.

If you decide to renew your subscription after it has fully expired, you’ll need to purchase it again.

While your subscription is active, you can cancel automatic renewal at any time—without canceling the subscription itself. This means you’ll continue to have access to all premium features until the end of the paid period, even if you turn off auto-renewal now.

Every new account automatically gets a free 14-day trial period. During this time, you’ll have access to most of the features included in the paid subscription, so you can explore the full functionality without limitations. You can activate a subscription at any time during or after the trial period.

In addition to subscriptions, you can activate Pro or Elite access using gift cards. You can give such a card to someone else or to yourself. After purchasing, the recipient will receive an activation code by email, which can be redeemed in the app or on the website. Pro and Elite access activated via gift cards works without automatic renewal.
