Task description

Every task is more than just a title. In SingularityApp, you can add a detailed description to any task to store important details, links, lists, or extended thoughts. Thanks to the built-in visual editor, your note becomes a full-fledged document with formatting options.

Task Note

You can customize a task note much like in Google Docs — that’s why we built a visual editor. The visual editor panel appears when the note contains at least one character and that character is selected.

What you can do with the visual editor:

  • add headings of three levels
  • format text: bold, italic, or underline
  • create numbered or bulleted lists, or add a checkbox to a line
  • align text
  • add paragraph indentation
  • add a hyperlink to any text fragment
  • insert an image into the note
  • remove all previously applied styles

Insert Emojis and Symbols into a Note

Open the emoji and symbols panel:

  1. Press ⌘ Cmd + ^ + Space (on Windows — Win + .)
  2. From the system menu, choose EditEmoji & Symbols.

Select what you like.

Open the emoji and symbols panel, then choose what you like.
