Tecno Notifications

The HiOS interface from Tecno actively manages background app activity to save battery power. Because of this, you may need to manually adjust some system settings to ensure stable notification delivery from SingularityApp.

Power Saving Management

To ensure the app works properly in the background, make sure your settings look as follows: SettingsBattery LabBattery Saver Settings → disable App Power Saving Management.

Allow the App to Run in the Background

Phone MasterToolboxAuto-start Management → allow SingularityApp to run in the background.

Pin the App in the Recent Apps List

  1. Open the recent apps list via the navigation bar or gestures, then tap the down arrow at the top of the SingularityApp window.
  2. Select the first option with the lock icon.

Power Marathon

Open Power Marathon and disable Power Boost.

App Booster

In App Booster, add SingularityApp. You can only add up to four apps.

Auto-start Management

In Auto-start Management, enable all options.

Sleep Mode Optimization

"Sleep Mode Optimization" automatically enables Airplane Mode at night when you’re not using your phone. It may disconnect Bluetooth connections with wearable devices.

Advanced Settings

For stable notification performance, it’s recommended to configure the following settings:

  • Optimization Mode = OFF (optional)
  • Block Push Notifications When Screen Is Off = OFF
  • Sleep When Screen Is Off = OFF
  • Scheduled Push Notifications When Screen Is Off = OFF
  • Battery Optimization = optional
  • Power Saving = OFF
