Tags are a flexible and powerful tool for organizing your tasks that goes beyond projects. They let you group related items by any criteria: by context (for example, #calls), by topic (#marketing), or by energy level (#light). In SingularityApp, tags can include multiple words, have their own color, and even be nested inside one another.
Create a Tag
-
Open a task and select the Tags section.
-
Enter the name of a new tag.
As you type, similar tags will appear — choose one of them or create a new one.
If the tag is new, it will automatically be added to the list and linked to the task.
Unlike systems that require # or @, in SingularityApp you can create tags from multiple words without underscores.
-
Press Enter to confirm.
The tag will appear on a gray label. You can later assign a color through the tag panel.
-
Open the Tags section from the bottom menu.
Tap the plus icon to create a new tag.
-
Enter the tag name.
Suggestions with similar tags will appear — choose one or create a new one.
The new tag will be added to the list and linked to the task.

-
Tap to save the tag.
The tag will appear on a gray label. You can change its color later.
