In SingularityApp, you can change your subscription period (for example, switch from a monthly plan to a yearly one). The process depends on where you initially purchased your subscription — on our website or through Apple’s or Google’s app stores.
Subscription Purchased on the Website (by Card)
If you paid for your subscription with a bank card on our official website, follow these steps.
Switching from a Monthly to a Yearly Subscription
This is the simplest scenario and can be done directly in the app.
- In the app, open Settings → Synchronization.
- Find and click the „Upgrade to Elite“ link.
- You will be redirected to our website where you can choose Pro Year or Elite year (depending on what is your current tarrif)
Switching from a Yearly to a Monthly Subscription
To switch from a yearly to a monthly subscription, you need to cancel your current subscription and, after the paid annual period ends, purchase a new one by selecting the monthly plan.
