In SingularityApp, you can change your subscription period (for example, switch from a monthly plan to a yearly one). The process depends on where you initially purchased your subscription — on our website or through Apple’s or Google’s app stores.

Subscription Purchased on the Website (by Card)

If you paid for your subscription with a bank card on our official website, follow these steps.

Switching from a Monthly to a Yearly Subscription

This is the simplest scenario and can be done directly in the app.

  • In the app, open Settings → Synchronization.
  • Find and click the „Upgrade to Elite“ link.
  • You will be redirected to our website where you can choose Pro Year or Elite year (depending on what is your current tarrif)

Switching from a Yearly to a Monthly Subscription

To switch from a yearly to a monthly subscription, you need to cancel your current subscription and, after the paid annual period ends, purchase a new one by selecting the monthly plan.

Subscription Purchased via App Store or Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through an app marketplace, you can’t change its billing period directly. First, you need to cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings. Then wait until the current paid period ends, and after that, purchase a new subscription.
