Search the entire application #

Click on
Search.The button
Search is in the Upper toolbar. The upper toolbar is a panel with eight buttons at the top of the Main application panel. Each button in the Upper toolbar gives you quick access to a tool: Search, Tags, Check, Focus, Notifications, Pomodoro, Themes, New window. -
In the search bar, enter a name of a task, section, project, or tag.
Working with the tasks found via search #
Drag and drop
- Left-click and hold the task.
- Holding the button down, move the task from Search to the application Sidebar: either to the System folder or Project.
Edit
- Double-click on the task that was found with the left mouse button.
- Change its name, priority, add a note, tags, check list, set the date and deadline.
View in the project
- Right-click on the task that you found.
- In the drop-down menu, select Show task in project.
Search on the current page #
- Press ⌘ Cmd + F

In the search bar, enter a name of a task, section, tag, check-list item, or a word from a note.
