Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you purchased it — on our website or through the App Store / Google Play.

Subscription Purchased with a Bank Card

If you paid for your subscription with a bank card on our website or through the app, you can cancel it as follows:

  1. Go to the special cancellation page: https://singularity-app.com/unsubscribe/
  2. Sign in to your SingularityApp account if prompted.
  3. Confirm the cancellation on the page.

After this, automatic renewal will be disabled. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period. We’d appreciate it if you take a moment to fill out the „reason for cancellation“ field — your feedback helps us improve.

Subscription Purchased via App Store or Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through the mobile app, all management (including cancellation) is handled directly by Apple or Google.

How to Cancel in Google Play (Android)

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Tap your profile icon and go to „Payments & Subscriptions“.
  • Select „Subscriptions“, find SingularityApp, and tap „Cancel Subscription“.

How to Cancel in the App Store (iPhone / iPad)

  • Open Settings on your device.
  • Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
  • Go to „Subscriptions“.
  • Find the SingularityApp subscription and select the option to cancel.

How to Cancel in the App Store (Mac)

  • Open the App Store app.
  • Click your name in the lower-left corner and go to „Account Settings“.
  • Scroll down to the „Subscriptions“ section and click „Manage“.
  • Find SingularityApp, click „Edit,“ and then „Cancel Subscription“.
