Copy-Paste

In SingularityApp, you can easily copy and paste not only text but also entire tasks or sections while preserving their structure and content. This helps you quickly transfer information both within the app and from external sources.

Pasting From External Apps into SingularityApp

You can quickly add data from other sources (websites, documents, messengers) directly into SingularityApp.

Pasting plain text

Copy text from any source and paste it into the task note field using ⌘ Cmd / Ctrl + V. The app will try to preserve the original formatting.

Pasting a list to create multiple tasks

  1. Copy text where each future task title starts on a new line.
  2. Go to SingularityApp and press ⌘ Cmd / Ctrl + V or choose Paste from the context menu.

Important! To paste data into a project, at least one task in it must be selected. If the project is empty, create any task first.

Copy text from any source. Then, in SingularityApp, place the cursor in the desired field (title or note) and use the system paste function (usually by long-pressing and selecting “Paste”).
