Delete Account

Deleting your account is an irreversible action that permanently erases all your tasks, projects, and other data from Singularity Cloud’s servers. Please read this guide carefully to the end before proceeding with deletion.

How to Delete Your Account In the App

The deletion process is the same on all platforms.

  1. Open App Settings and go to the Synchronization tab.
  2. Find and click the „Delete“ option.
  3. In the confirmation window, you’ll need to enter the password for your SingularityApp account. This step protects you from accidental deletion. If you signed in using Google or Apple, you’ll first need to set a password for your SingularityApp account.
  4. After entering your password, click the button to permanently delete your account.

How to Delete Your Account Without the App

  1. Open the support portal: helpdesk.singularity-app.com.
  2. Select the «Problem Solving» category.
  3. Fill out the form, specifying the account you want to delete. In the message text, state that you want to delete your account.
  4. After receiving your request, the support team will respond within 7 business days, and your account data will be permanently deleted.

Consequences of Deletion

  • All data associated with your account — tasks, projects, notes, and more — will be completely removed from Singularity Cloud. This means that deleted information will disappear from all service servers.
  • The subscription linked to your account will be automatically canceled and will not be restored, even if you create a new account using the same email address.
  • Data already stored locally on your devices (computer, phone) will not be deleted and will remain accessible. However, synchronization between your devices and the cloud will stop. New data and changes will no longer be synced.

What Happens to Your Subscription

This is the most important point to pay attention to.

  • When you delete your account, your active subscription (Pro or Elite) will be immediately stopped and blocked.
  • If you decide to register a new account with the same email address, the previously paid subscription will not be applied. A refund is possible within 30 days after your first payment.
