Tag Panel

Tags are a flexible tool for labeling and grouping tasks from different projects by a common attribute. They let you easily filter lists and quickly find the tasks you need — for example, all items tagged with #urgent or #call.

Where to Find Tag Panel

  1. Click the „Tags“ icon on the top toolbar to open the panel on the right with a list of all your tags.
  2. On the panel, you can:
    • view all tags;
    • drag and drop tasks onto a tag to label them;
    • select and group tags.
  1. Open the app’s main menu and select „Tags.“
  2. To create a new tag, tap the plus „+“ icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.

Creating and Customizing Tags

  • How to create a tag: Click the plus „+“ icon at the bottom of the tag panel and enter a name.
  • How to set a color: Right-click a tag and select the desired color from the palette.
  • How to delete a tag: Select the tag and press Delete / Backspace or choose „Delete“ from the context menu. The tag will be removed from all tasks where it was used.
  • How to add to Favorites: Right-click the tag to open the context menu and select „Add to Favorites.“

Hotkeys for Tags:

  • You can assign a hotkey to a tag for ultra-fast task labeling.
  • Set a hotkey: Right-click the tag, choose „Set Hotkey,“ and press the desired Latin letter on your keyboard.
  • Use a hotkey: Select one or more tasks and press Ctrl + [key] (on Windows — Alt + [key]). Pressing the same combination again will remove the tag.
  • Important! The T key is reserved by the system and cannot be used as a hotkey.
  • On the „Tags“ screen, you can flexibly manage your labels:
  • Edit and color: Hold your finger on a tag to open the menu. Tap the pencil icon to edit the name or choose a color from the palette.
  • Delete: Either hold the tag and tap the trash icon or swipe left on the tag.
  • Add to Favorites: Swipe right on the tag.
  • Create nested tags: You can create a hierarchy by simply dragging one tag onto another (Drag & Drop).

Filter by Tags

  • Method 1: In the task list, click directly on the tag badge — the app will instantly filter tasks by that tag.
  • Method 2: On the tag panel, click one or more tags (while holding Ctrl or Shift) to see all tasks marked with them.

Simply tap any tag in the list to see all tasks associated with it across all projects and sections.
