When a project is completed but might be useful in the future (to repeat it or simply keep it for reference), you can move it to the archive.
This will remove the project from your main list while preserving its full structure and tasks.
When a project is completed but might be useful in the future (to repeat it or simply keep it for reference), you can move it to the archive.
This will remove the project from your main list while preserving its full structure and tasks.
Simply drag the project from the sidebar and drop it onto the system „Archive“ section icon.
Right-click the project you want to archive.
From the menu that appears, select „Archive“.
The entire project, including all its tasks and nested subprojects, is moved to the archive.
If the project contained recurring tasks, their repetition will be paused. When you restore the project, you’ll need to resume the recurrence manually.
All archived projects are located in the system section „Archive“ on the Projects tab.
To restore a project from the archive, simply drag it back into the project list or use the context menu. It will return to its previous location.
To restore a project from the archive, press and hold the task. In the bottom menu, select „Restore from Archive“. The task will return to its previous location. If you want to move it to another project, tap „Move to Another Project“ and choose the desired one.
Important! When an archived project is moved to the „Trash“, the tasks from that project that were previously archived remain in the task archive. When restoring such a project from the „Trash“, it will return to its original position in the project structure, and all non-archived tasks will be automatically restored.
