Focus mode

Sit back and enjoy magic tricks with focus. Trick one: turn the focus mode on and all projects disappear from the Sidebar, except for the focused one. Trick two: go to “Today” or “Upcoming” folders, and there you can find tasks only from the focused project. Trick three: exit the Focus mode — and all the projects and tasks are in their places again! And although the Focus mode is about focusing on, and not about magic tricks, get ready for the Wow effect

Set focus mode

  2. Method 1. Highlight the project and click on   Focus.

The button   Focus is in the Upper toolbar. The upper toolbar is a panel with five buttons at the top of the Main application panel. Each button in the Upper toolbar gives you a quick access to any of the tools: Search, Check, Focus, Notifications, Pomodoro, Themes, New windowо.

  3. Method 2. Right-click the project in the Sidebar. In the drop-down menu select: Focus.

Using focus

In the “Upcoming” folder, tasks are divided into sections — Today, Tomorrow, sections for each day of the following two weeks, sections for each month until the end of the year and section for the next year. In Focus mode, only the focused project tasks are displayed in all these sections. In the same way, in the system folders “Today” and “Unassigned” only the tasks of the focused project are displayed.

Exit focus mode

Click on Focus off on the blue bar at the top of the application.
