Singularity CloudProElite

Singularity Cloud is a service that securely stores your data, synchronizes it across all your devices, and manages your subscription. To use the cloud, you need to create an account.

Create an account

Creating an account is the first step toward synchronizing your tasks and projects. When you launch the app for the first time, it should automatically prompt you to create an account.

If you need to create a new account manually, follow the steps below.

How to Create an Account

  1. Open the app’s Settings.
  2. Go to the «Synchronization» section.
  3. You’ll see several options for creating an account:
    • Via Email
    • Using Google
    • Using Apple ID

Signing in through third-party services (Google, Apple, etc.): This is the easiest way. Click the button for your preferred service, and you’ll be redirected to your browser to confirm your login.

Registration via Email: Enter your email and create a password. A confirmation code will be sent to your email—enter it in the app to complete registration.

Trial Period

After creating an account, you’ll automatically get a free 14-day trial with access to most premium features, but with a limit on the number of projects. Once it ends, you can either subscribe or continue using the free version with basic functionality.

Signing In on a New Device

When you sign in to your account on a device, the app checks whether there are any local data (tasks, projects) stored on that device or if you’re signing in to a „clean“ app.

If there’s no data stored locally in SingularityApp on the device, your account data from the Singularity Cloud server will automatically load into the app after authorization.

If there are existing local data in the app, the system will prompt you to choose how to handle them. This is an important step—please proceed carefully.

You’ll have three options:

  • Merge data from the device and the server

What happens: Data from your device will be added to the cloud, and data from the cloud will be downloaded to your new device. This is the safest and most recommended option.

Note: If the same task was edited on multiple devices before synchronization, the latest version will be kept.

  • Download data from the server

What happens: All local data on your new device will be deleted and replaced with the data from the cloud (your account on the Singularity Cloud server).

  • Use device data

What happens: All data currently in the cloud will be deleted and replaced with the data from your device.

Managing Your Account and Subscription

The «Synchronization» screen in the settings also serves as your account management center.

On this tab, you can:

  • Start synchronization manually.
  • View your login and the date of the last synchronization.
  • Check information about your subscription and its expiration date.
  • Go to the screen to change your plan.
  • Change your password.
  • Log out of your account.
