The Plans section helps you see all tasks with set dates and organize them by days, weeks, and months. This section has two main display modes: a general view by sections and a day-by-day view in separate tabs.

General View by Sections

This is the default mode in the desktop version, which groups all your tasks into convenient time blocks:

“Today”
“Tomorrow”
A separate section for each of the next 14 days
A separate section for each month of the current year
A general section for the next year

You can easily move tasks between these sections by dragging and dropping them. Standard task sorting also works within each section.

In the mobile app, you can switch to the general section view by tapping the icon on the top panel.

Daily Plans (Tabs)

This mode allows you to focus on tasks for a specific day. Next to the general view tab, there are tabs for each day.

“Today” tab: Marked with a ⭐ (star) icon.
Date tabs: Each upcoming date has its own tab. If tasks are scheduled for a specific date, a dot appears next to the number.
Navigation: Switch between tabs using the arrow icons on either side of the tab list.
Adding tasks: When you click the “New Task” button, the task will be added to the date currently selected in Plans.

Quick Date Navigation via Calendar

To quickly view tasks for a specific day, click the calendar icon on the top panel.

A calendar will open, showing dots on days that have tasks.
Click any date.
This mode is great for rescheduling tasks — simply drag and drop a task onto the tab for the desired day.

This is the default mode for the mobile app. It allows you to focus on tasks for a specific day.

Date tabs: Each date has its own tab. If tasks are scheduled for a specific date, a dot appears next to the number.
Navigation: Switch between tabs by tapping on the dates. The screen shows one week (7 days). You can swipe to navigate to future dates. To jump to a distant date, tap the month name — a calendar will open where you can select the desired date.
Adding tasks: When you tap the “+” button, the task will be added to the date currently selected in Plans.
