If a task is completed, you can mark it as done. The task will be crossed out and moved to the archive (depending on your settings).
Mark a Task as Completed
Method 1. Click the checkbox to the left of the task name. When clicked, a checkmark appears, the task is crossed out, and the title turns gray. To unmark it, click the checkbox again.
Method 2. Select the task and press Alt + Space (on macOS) or Shift + Space (on Windows).
Method 3. Open the task’s context menu → choose Complete Task → Mark as Done.
Method 4. If the project is in Kanban view — drag the task to the «Done» column or to the bottom panel onto the «Completed» area.
Completed tasks appear in the «Archived Tasks» section, which is visible inside projects and in the «Today» section. You can view all completed tasks in the «Archive.»

Method 2. Select one or more tasks in the list → tap ⋮ in the bottom menu → choose «Done.»

- Short swipe right on a task opens icons: a checkmark (complete) and a calendar (set date).
- Long swipe right immediately completes the task.
- Another long swipe on a completed task removes the completion mark.
Method 4. In the task editing window, tap ⋮ → select «Complete.»
Completed tasks appear in the «Archived Tasks» section, which is visible inside projects and in the «Today» section. You can view all completed tasks in the «Archive.»
