Change your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t sign in to the app, use the password recovery feature.

1. On the login screen, click the «Forgot Password» link.
2. In the window that opens, enter the email address linked to your SingularityApp account.
3. A confirmation code will be sent to that email. Enter it in the corresponding field in the app.
4. After entering the code, you’ll be prompted to create and confirm a new password.

Done! You can now sign in to the app using your email and new password.

If you’re signed in to the app and want to change your current password, you can do it in the settings. You can also use this method to set a password for email login if you previously signed in through external services and didn’t specify one.

1. Open Settings and go to the „Synchronization“ tab.
2. Click the „Change Password“ button.
3. In the window that appears, enter your current password if one was set (if not, leave the field empty).
4. Then enter your new password and confirm it.
5. Click „Save“.

When registering via Google or Apple, no password is created for your account, meaning you can only log in using the corresponding «Continue with Google/Apple/» button. To be able to sign in using the «Continue with Email» option with a login and password, you need to set a password for your account. You can do this in two ways:

1. If you’re already signed in to the app, you can use the «Change Password» option on the Synchronization tab in the settings. You’ll be prompted to create and confirm a new password.
2. If you’re not signed in to the app, you can use the password recovery feature by entering the email associated with your Google or Apple account. A confirmation code will be sent to that email; enter it in the app to set a new password.
