If you use email very often, you will like this function. It allows you to turn emails into tasks. Also it allows your relatives, colleagues and friends — everyone you give access to, even if they themselves do not use SingularityApp — to add tasks to your planner
Synchronize with Singularity Cloud.
Click on Sync button which is in the right lower corner of the application.
Choose a synchronization method.
- Open pop-up “Add a task via Email”, by doing one of the following:
Method 1. In the System menu select File > Add a task via Email.Method 2. Right-click on the Inbox folder in the sidebar. Select Add a task via Email.
- Copy the generated email.
- Send the task to it. The name of the email will become the task name, and the email body will become a note.
After the email is sent, a new task will appear in SingularityApp.
