SingularityApp always knows what you want, and understands you perfectly. Enter first letter of the name of a task, project, section, or tag in Search. You don’t even need to press Enter, and you will immediately get what you are looking for

Search the entire application

  1. Click on   Search.

    The button   Search is in the Upper toolbar. The upper toolbar is a panel with eight buttons at the top of the Main application panel. Each button in the Upper toolbar gives you quick access to a tool: Search, Tags, Check, Focus, Notifications, Pomodoro, Themes, New window.

  2. In the search bar, enter a name of a task, section, project, or tag.

Working with the tasks found via search

Drag and drop

  1. Left-click and hold the task.
  2. Holding the button down, move the task from Search to the application Sidebar: either to the System folder or Project.


  1. Double-click on the task that was found with the left mouse button.
  2. Change its name, priority, add a note, tags, check list, set the date and deadline.

View in the project

  1. Right-click on the task that you found.
  2. In the drop-down menu, select Show task in project.

Search on the current page

  1. Press  ⌘ Cmd +  F
  2. In the search bar, enter a name of a task, section, tag, check-list item, or a word from a note.
