All deleted tasks are moved to a special section called «Trash,» where you can either restore them or delete them permanently.
How to Restore a Task
Quick Restore
- Open the „Trash“ section in the sidebar.
- Right-click the task you want to restore.
- In the context menu, select „Restore.“ The task will return to its original location.
You can also use keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl + Shift + P / ⌘Cmd + Shift + P.
Moving to Another Folder (Drag & Drop)
- Open the „Trash“ section.
- Open in a new window the project or folder where you want to move the task. To do this, click the „New Window“ icon on the top toolbar.
- You can also restore a task without opening a new window—just drag it from „Trash“ to the desired project using the left sidebar.
- Simply drag the task from the „Trash“ window to the window of the target project.
Using a Swipe
- Open the „Trash“ section.
- Swipe right: swipe the task from left to right to restore it.
Using the Toolbar
- Open the „Trash“ and long-press the task you want to restore.
- A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap the restore icon (curved arrow).
Moving to Another Project
- Long-press the task to select it.
- On the bottom toolbar, tap the move icon.
- Select the project or folder where you want to restore the task.
