You can delete an unnecessary task in SingularityApp in several quick ways.
How to Delete a Task
In the desktop version of the app, there are three main ways to delete a task:
- Using the bottom toolbar
- Click the task to select it.
- On the toolbar at the bottom of the screen, click the trash icon.
- Using the keyboard
- Select the task you want to delete.
- Press the Backspace or Delete key.
- Using the context menu
- Right-click the task.
- From the menu that appears, select „Delete Task“.
The mobile app offers several convenient ways to delete a task:
- Using a swipe
- Short swipe left: Swipe the task from right to left to reveal the action icons, then tap the trash icon.
- Long swipe left: Make a long left swipe across the task to delete it instantly.
- If swipe actions don’t appear, they might be disabled in your settings. You can enable or disable them in Settings → Interface → Task list.
- Using the long-press menu
- Press and hold a task for a couple of seconds.
- A toolbar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap the trash icon.
- From the task editing window
- Tap the task to open it for editing.
- In the upper-right corner of the editing window, tap the menu (three-dot icon).
- From the list of options, select „Delete“.
