How to request a refund

You can always return the subscription fee within 30 days from the purchase date. We are sorry if something went wrong and we will be grateful for your honest feedback to make our product better. Please, leave your feedback in our online service center.

If purchased online or through Google Play

If the Pro version was purchased on the Singularity App website or on Google Play, write us in our online service center, and we will guide you on further actions.

If purchased through App Store

If the subscription was purchased in the App Store, you have to contact Apple directly. We would be happy to help, but unfortunately, Apple does not allow developers to refund purchases made within its market.
