Filters are a powerful tool for organizing and searching tasks. They let you display task lists by specific projects, tags, dates, statuses, or priorities, as well as create and save complex combinations for frequently used queries.
How to Open and Use Filters
- Click the filter icon in the upper-right toolbar. The filter panel will open on the right side.
- By default, tasks are not displayed in the main window area, but you can click the button to show all active (non-archived and non-deleted) tasks.
- Select one or more parameters on the filter panel.
- Active filters are displayed at the top of the panel. To reset a parameter, simply click the „x“ next to its name.
- Open the app’s main menu.
- Select „Task and Note Filter.“
- A screen will open showing all active tasks by default. At the top, you’ll see a panel with available filtering options.
- Select the desired parameters. Active filters are displayed at the bottom of the panel.
